that people insist on not only raining, but shitting on my parade? Why?
I've finally gotten my ass in gear and decided between a BSinBiology or a BAinHistory. I love the zoo. I've always wanted to work in one, so I decided to go for the BSinBiology in order to become a zoologist.
First comes the "Why? The course load is too much, and your attention span is minimal at best. Not to mention you need to work while going to school."
Yeah, so. If it takes me six years to get my degree, oh well. I can get hired at Henry Doorley and work there.
Next up comes the reactions when they find out where I'm going to school. "UNO? But Metro is cheaper."
So what if Metro is cheaper? I want records to show that I went to one college, and only one college. And aren't grants and loans are adjusted according to tuition costs.
Gods above, why can't they leave me alone and let me do what *I want*. *sigh* They all just need to disappear. Too bad wishing them away to Jareth doesn't really work.
