I hate my job.

Work has a new system. Basically they fucked up the transfer and only half to 3/4s of the accounts were working right. Cue pissed off customers.

Plus, the interim manager ripped my head off Tuesday because I brought my laptop with me to do homework. She said I wasn't allowed to bring it up for at least a week, maybe longer. Yeah, I have to sit there and do fucking NOTHING for fifteen to 20 minutes at a time when there are no calls, yet the smokers and other girls can take breaks whenever they want or spend an hour on the phone talking to someone in prison. Fuck that shit.

Then tonight, oh, fuck them tonight. Normally there's three people here after 5pm. One leaves at 7:30, one leaves at 8:30, the other is here until the 10pm person comes in. Well, my 8:30 person hasn't been here for 3 weeks due to her father dying, and doesn't know the system. She trained until 7pm. My 7:30 people left at 7:30pm. THEY DIDN'T SCHEDULE ANYONE TO FILL IN. So fuck that. I pulled out the laptop and I'm going to rp and do my homework and they can fucking bite me.

I swear, as soon as I find a job that is as flexible as this one, I'm gone. The new system is shit anyway.
