Ooops. *facepalms*

I sorta accidently got my new neighbor in trouble with the cops.

I heard what sounded like either someone destroying something in the yard of the vacant apartment next door, or trying to break into said apartment. Now, I checked the property management company's website and the only VACANT apartment listed in this building is #1. So, I call 911, tell them that I THINK it's #1, it's right on the corner at the intersection.


Turns out it was #3, but whatever the fuck was going on in #1 got some people in trouble. Yeah. I'm off to a GREAT start in Tucson. >.

Today needs to not happen again...

I had to go pick up the mailbox key from the post office, Di went with because I mentioned stopping at Starbucks. Grendel decided to pop the door on his kennel while we were gone, left me his usual gift of a steaming pile of shit on my bedroom floor and included a glass of tea dumped on top of Flyboy. Spent the next hour after getting home tearing said laptop apart to make sure everything was dry and leaving it in front of the fan so the keyboard would dry out.

So far everything is working fine. Actually, the keys that were sticking before are no longer sticking. o.O And hey, now my floor is mopped.
