leaveoutalltherestWednesday night was fun. Ladi D, Will, Mandy and I went to the late showing, seeing as how Will didn't get off work until 8. That, and I refuse to go to a movie before 8pm. Late showings are more fun, the crowd is cooler and you are less likely to have a bunch of bored, whiny children in the theater.
Anyway, I loved it. Wasn't to thrilled with the way they handled the Aerwen/Strider thing in the movie, but overall I was pleased. And Orlando Bloom (Legolas) is YUMMY!!!
Anyway, Di was pissed with where it ended. I haven't had the heart (or felt evil enough) to tell her about the ending of book 2. *g* Maybe I will remember to tell her before we go see the next one. *shrugs* Or not.
