Hermes on a fucking pogo stick. It wouldn't be a trip without some sort of drama.
Drama today? Brother woke me up at 5:55am. Flight time? 7 freaking AM and we still had to make a 42 MILE DRIVE to get to the airport.
Get here with 5 minutes to spar! Only to find out that the lightning storm that went on between 1 and 6 am meant that the plane didn't land here because they were flying over the storm. Everyone got rebooked to later flights.
So, instead of being in Dallas at 11am, I'll be in there at 3pm. Blech. Along with the 3 or so hours of SITTING here.
The only reason I have net? Some not-so-sober guy wanted to check his Match.com account, but they don't have public terminals here. So, he handed me his credit card, used my laptop for 10 minutes and let me have the other hour and 50 minutes. \o/ WIN!
So, sitting here bored for another hour or so.
