Well, I pissed off the neighbors across the street.

Di, Will and TJ were out front, TJ was fixing the brakes on Di's truck. I was sleeping, and got woke up to the sound of the neighbors playing Limp Bizkit on their car stereo. Now, I don't mind when the neighbors play their music loud, in fact I usually sleep though it. But when the ones across the street start playing LB loud enough to rattle my windows and make my bed vibrate, that's going to far.

So I went into the living room, cranked up Manson's 'Golden Age of Grotesque' to half volume and went back to sleep for an hour.

Mind you, my stereo system at half volume can be heard clearly at either end of the block.

Di told me that they kept looking over at her, as if expecting her to go in and turn it down or tell me too. And halfway through 'Mobscene', they shut down the car and went inside. Di and my brothers just let the music play.

Neighborhood Rule #1 - Don't fuck with the people who have been there longer than you. Especially daysleepers with a 'Solicitors will be shot' sign on the front door.
