Okay, in other news. I really shouldn't get excited about houses before I've seen them in person.

It was gorgeous. Yes, work needed to be done, but I could handle that. Drove out to see it today. Found out about the massive termite problem. :(

Much sadness, because I loved it, I just can't afford a problem like that.

So the hunt is on again.
