Nudity was never considered a problem in icons until Six Apart took over. Also, there's a big difference between sex and blowjobs and fucking in an icon and a image depicting breastfeeding.
I figured that someone who is so big on having and raising children would be more upset about breastfeeding icons being sexualized and banned.
