Thankfully I won't be trudging to campus at all this semester.

The bookstore was insane today.

I have my books though. And Photoshop on order for my class. And a new hoodie and a new bag. What? I needed them. No, really. And at least I only bought the $50 one instead of the $150 dollar one. (Because, do I really need a new carryon with wheels, a special laptop pocket, enough room for a weekends worth of clothing, all in a very funky package? Okay, so I do, but not rig... shit, I may go back and buy it.) Just like I don't need the new iPod or any of the other electronic gizmos in there.

If they would just GIVE me the money at the start of the semester instead of letting us run a tab up at the bookstore and then giving us the remainder after so many weeks of classes, I wouldn't buy all this crap they have. I know this is their ploy to get more people to spend more money in their bookstore. (Really. IWCC is the only school in the metro area that holds the checks until the last refund week. Thus, they have the highest sales in their bookstore.)

Right now, I am waiting on Di to finish her entrance testing so we can go get food.

Pellissippi State holds our checks the Monday after Labor Day which is about three weeks after school starts. And our bookstore sells no art supplies and is very small actually.

I wish they'd just give us the money after tuition was paid too.
