Telling me to 'get some sleep' will not make me magically fall into bed and pass out for those magical eight hours of sleep.
Insomnia means being unable to sleep. It means that I lay there and stare at the fucking ceiling, praying to fall asleep but I don't. Stop telling me that I just need to go to bed, I HAVE ALREADY.
