I had fun in the rainforest. We watched the sharks and the penguins and the sea turtles.
We got to watch as they tranqed a 240lb, female Siberian tiger who REFUSED to go down. (They tranqed her 4 times, then gave her ANOTHER dose to make sure she was out. I wasn't able to get a picture of that.) Not that she was sick, but something to do with the Siberian breeding program.
Saw the lions and tigers and leopards, oh my. (No bears. Di didn't have the energy to walk down there.) Saw the gorillas, watched the baby girls play and bounce around. Saw the orangs, sibling rivalry at its best. They were smacking each other with boxes.
