Sep. 12th, 2009 07:38 pmDo you have any idea how hard it is to sleep when you have a really good roast in the slow cooker? There was this smell of luscious beef wafting through my place all night long.
Tonight, pork shoulder.
Why the cooking? Well, the roast beef was split into five meals (and a lunch, which was very yummy), the should looks like it will do just as many. Chicken is next, and we still have to divide up the hamburger. The upside to this is that it will no longer be cardboard pizzas for dinner because we didn't make it to the store, but rather take something out and figure out what to do with it after heating it up while waiting for it to thaw.
Tomorrow though, is Spaghetti Bake!
