I have always said that my faith in humanity is slowing waning. Today? My faith took a fatal shot to the skull and every bit of it is bleeding out the gargantuan hole left behind.

I lost my wallet on the way out of Target. I didn't realize this until I was almost home, and had stopped at the gas station for something to drink and a hot dog.

After a bit of frantic searching and going back to Target to see if it had been turned in, I then checked online to get the numbers to cancel both check cards. I was fine on one, late on the other.

Whoever picked up my wallet, helped themselves to a tank of gas. And most likely the $120 in cash that I was going to use to pay my light bill.

Joke's on them though, because if they try to use either card again, it'll come back stolen. And I'm filing a police report.

It's one thing to take the cash, it's fucking fraud to use the check cards.

So...

In checking over things, I have found out that not only did my license, student id, bank cards, insurance card and pictures end up stolen, but so did my security card and birth certificate, which I had forgotten to take out after I needed them last.

Yeah, this fucker gets a free tank of gas and $120 to blow, and it's going to COST me to replace things, and I'll have to really check on things closely.

This really fucking sucks. And yet, I've never been more grateful for my REALLY shitty credit rating.

So, someone give me some direction as to what the hell I should be doing right now.
