leaveoutalltherestI went for a walk today. I was kinda out of it this morning and this afternoon after taking my bath I just couldn't sit here any longer so I took off for the market. It's only like a twenty minute walk, but I needed it.
I discovered a few things as well. I want to one day live in a converted warehouse, with a steel balcony that looks over the rest of downtown. I want walking the dog to involve an elevator and walk signs. I want everything I need to be within walking distance. I want nosy neighbors and loud parties that require cops being called and sirens going by at night. I want the sound of cars and trucks and people and street festivals. I want to live in the city.
Peace and quiet ends up with me sleeping hours upon hours and not doing anything.
I need the city.
