Birthdays and Hospitals

leaveoutalltherestHad a great day. Actually started out cleaning and forgot what day it was until my mom called to say Happy B-day and remind me of the party. Which promted me to take a break and go check my email.
Anyway, on to the long part. My dad and step-mom were invited. Dad works on heavy equipment. Cranes, bulldozers, construction stuff. Will was helping out yesterday. Will dropped a jack too early and caused 600+ pounds of steel to land on Dad's fingers. Dad went to hospital. (it's beginning to be a trend, people missing my party to go to the hospital.) He's fine, just a few severely bruised fingers. Learned to stay far away when Will is working a jack.
